 I am a Firm believer for L I F EApr 23, 2008
I just received the firm resitance cord medium strength and I love it I am a semi-new mother after a nine-year wait so this is just what I needed to get my self motivated. I look forward to seeing results in 10 workouts I am going to do this dvd at least 4 days a week along with my Leslie Sansone walk dvds. I am a Natural Women and I believe in natural results no Knives!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This resistance cord has so many different uses that I can't imagine you'll get burnt out on using it. It's great for doing seated or squat rows and curls to name a few. I also use this when I don't have time for a full workout at the gym and it leaves me feeling strong. A perfect addition to a home workout kit. :)

I got this dvd and band to try at home- I hate going to dirty gyms and the fitness classes here are at time when I'm at work. So this is a great way to do a fun workout at home whenver I have time. Its easy to follow and effective! Not much for working on your abs, but its great for legs and arms!!! I would highly recommend it- especially for beginners :-)

Great product. However, jsut now getting back into the excerise thing, i should have gotten the beginners instead of the intermediate, but it was on backorder & i didn't want to wait. Its a little too hard for me, but the video is great and i've jsut been working on building my muscles and using the cord when i can and when it gets too hard, i just leave it out. I'm almost there and look forward to having to purchase the advanced!
