Remember to wear shoes with this. I love the Firm instructors! It's not so hard to do. If you are a beginner, I would suggest the Medium or light instead of the heavy one.

I just love my Firm Resistace Cord Kit. This is a short yet intense workout using the resistance bands to help tone and sculpt your muscles. It starts with a 6 mintue warmup, about 10 mins of cardio, 8-10 on the abs and the rest is strecthing/cool down. This is a good way to get a thorough workout in half the time on the days, you dont have 1 hour or more to exercise and still get results. I should warn to be extra careful with the band and make sure you have it secure under your foot before moving on or you will feel the wrath of the strap in your face and that doesnt feel to good(I know form experience lol). So if you are looking for a quick yet intense, good workout go ahead and give this a try.

I just received the firm resitance cord medium strength and I love it I am a semi-new mother after a nine-year wait so this is just what I needed to get my self motivated. I look forward to seeing results in 10 workouts I am going to do this dvd at least 4 days a week along with my Leslie Sansone walk dvds. I am a Natural Women and I believe in natural results no Knives!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This resistance cord has so many different uses that I can't imagine you'll get burnt out on using it. It's great for doing seated or squat rows and curls to name a few. I also use this when I don't have time for a full workout at the gym and it leaves me feeling strong. A perfect addition to a home workout kit. :)
