I enjoy the added resistance the toning balls add to the workout. They are also helpful aids in doing ab work.
Very pleased with the purchase. Would recommend it to others.

At long last, just the right size for a woman with petite hands!Nov 21, 2006
This is third brand of toning ball I've purchased and at only 4" tall, the first to be the right size for my petite hands. Now I want the green 3 pounders too.... Meanwhile, buh-by to my 5" coral colored Leslie Sansone's and my 4.5" red Thera-Bands, both of which were too big for me to grip securely ....
