I'm so glad I spent the money for this additional piece to my machine. It's so nice not to have to get down on the floor and I was able to improve on my excercises as I had more freedom of movement.

As a senior citizen getting off the floor was difficult. The stand is only 10" high but made all the difference in world. I highly recommend buying the stand. It is very sturdy.

I ordered the Stamina 55-4050 Pilates Stand for my Three-Cord Aero Pilates exerciser in the hope that it would help me get on and off the machine more easily. It performs its function very well. I am very pleased with this product and everything else that I have purchased from Stamina.

Don't buy a reformer without buying a stand too! It really makes it easy to get on and off the reformer. Built extremely solid and was easy to put together in 5 minutes.

This is a great item. Just lifting the machine 10 inches off the floor makes a world of difference. It makes it so much easier to change exercises especially if you have trouble getting up and down off the floor.
