This top selling treadmill's shock assist design make it easy for you to store it away when its not in use. With a 20" x 56" running surface, your strides can be longer making your workout more effective. The treadmill is fine, but I was very unhappy about the delivery. You don't state anywhere that the treadmill will be left on your front lawn! I tried to arrange with the delivery company to pay to have someone set it up and the answer was no.
They were supposed to call me one hour before delivery so that I could be home. No call. I'm a single woman who came home to a 350 lb box blocking her front door. It sat there for a week before I was able to pay $150 for two men to come and set it up. I'd never buy another large item from Amazon nor would I recommend you. I call Amazon and talked to someone about delivery before it arrived and she said there was nothing she could do. Terrible service. One can buy a treadmill anywhere, or any product for that matter. You need to get the message that SERVICE is what distinguishes you.

We've only had this for a few weeks now. It works well, does everything a treadmill is supposed to do, seems to be built well and was priced very reasonably compared to other new treadmills for sale. Only minor complaint: The Chassis is a little bit squeeky at certain positions on the tread.

The treadmill worked great for about five months and then the motor started smoking. Customer service sent me a replacement motor and within 2 days it started smoking again. I called three weeks ago and they said they were sending a service technician...they never came. I called again. They said it was a glitch and that they would put in another repair order and I would hear from the repair man within three days...I never heard back and they never came. I called for a third time, once again they said there was a glitch in the work order. They said they called the repair man and he would call me that same day to set up a time for service...the call never came. I am going to call back on Monday but I bet the same thing will happen. I will never buy another Keys Fitness product again. The treadmill isn't well built and the customer service is a disaster. Please do yourself a favor and buy another treadmill.

I wanted to order this item. It is sold and shipped by Amazon, but when I contacted them, they could not answer a very simple question.
The shipping info mentioned White Glove service. I inquired if that service was extra or was included in the free-shipping price. They didn't
know.
If Amazon can't answer a shipping question about an item Amazon ships, who can?
Will order, and probably pay more, from a source that knows what they are doing?

I have had this for a month now and everything is working properly. The only thing negative was getting it in the house- very heavy you will need a lot of help.
