5Exceptional Value and Qaulity for the In-expensive CostJul 14, 2008
Quite a gem of a bench for the price and its versatility.

It is not often you find a bench for your home that has decline. Most home benches are just flat and 3-4 incline positions. However, this bench covers it all except for has the supports for barbells.

You can certainly use a barbell with its own weight or some plates but it would be recommended to have a spotter/workout partner being you would have to either drop the weight behind your head which could be dangerous or hand it off to a person capable of handling that weight.

Remember you can get a full workout just using dumbells so this bench is a great platform to do many exercises with dumbells.

*A dozen or so starting positions ranging from 10 degrees to 70 degrees for incline, decline and flat bench routines
*No assembly required!
*Safety pins and bolts allow for easy adjustments, disassembly or permanent set up.
*Heavy duty steel construction, weighs in the 60+ pound range
Supports up to 350lbs.
*Easy break down for storage under a bed or in the closet
*This bench replaces the 2-3 that you would have to use in a gym for the same style dumbbell exercises.
*19W, 44H, and 55L.

You can add other attachments offered by the same vendor (leg), however, you can easily just use the dumbells to do squats and lunges that will effectively build the legs and actually safer then a leg extension anyway.

It comes in the box assembled for you and easy instructions to set it up for your various exercises

This truly is a great bench that really saves on space and cost that will benefit you all around and in the comfort of home, no crowds, no waiting, on your schedule and easy to put away or leave assembled.

5Great bench at a great price!May 09, 2008
I have not been getting to the gymn for a while, mostly scheduling issues, and I decided a little setup in the basement would be the most sustainable plan, but I don't have a lot of room. I wanted a nice, compact, all purpose bench, and after looking at a fair number of these things, this one seemed to fit the bill. It is perfect - just the right size, and flexible. I am very happy with it.

5worth every pennyApr 26, 2008
This is a small bench and low to the ground. I am 5'10" 170lb and my son is 6'2" 222lb and we both use it easily, so the smallness is an asset for our limited area but the size does not limit any exercises. We use dumbbells a lot and this bench is perfect for those exercises. Easily adjusts in seconds and is sturdily built. We already have a bench that is attached to our weight machine and I thought this new bench would get limited use but its portability/movability and its ease of adjustment have made it our main bench. We also put the back at a high angle and use it for dumbbell preacher curls. Extremely happy we got it!

4Nice bench for the price!!Apr 22, 2008
What a great little bench! It's pretty much ready to go right out of the box. On top of the 5 or so incline adjustments you can make, you can also adjust the legs (using the safety pins) for further adjustments.

It's a little uncomfortable in the decline position (no where to wedge your legs) but other than that, a really nice bench. Feels very sturdy and fairly well padded....goes great with the Best Fitness rack!

We have a small home gym and this bench is a great fit. Perfect adjustments and functions for home use. Very well built. Highly recommend for more home users.
